


Training Program
Over the last two summers, we have managed to provide opportunities for over 80 games for those athletes that truly want to play. We spent countless hours in the gym and weight room, and this summer will only be better. We have teamed up with a former professional athlete who will be leading our off-season fitness program. Every participant will undergo extensive athletic testing with a certified physical therapist, Niko Contos, to find their strengths and weaknesses as it relates and basketball performance. The results will be detailed and given to the girls as well as to our professional trainer, Erik Underwood. Together, Erik and Niko will customize workout plans for each girl based on the analysis of her testing. This will not only increase strength and speed but is an incredible tool to identify potential injury risks and workouts to avoid those potentials. This is not a one size fits all program. Each girl will have a program specialized for the details she needs to focus on. This training is going to be key in us as a program taking the step to get to the next level.



Erik Underwood
Erik is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor who has worked with athletes of all levels. He played professional baseball and gained a deep understanding and appreciation for athletic development during his career. He’s excited to work with you and help you unlock more speed, power, bounce, mobility, and agility.



Niko Contos
Niko is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified strength and conditioning coach. He played collegiate soccer and continues to work with athletes from youth to professional daily and specializes in sports medicine rehabilitation and performance. He will be taking you through an advanced basketball specific testing protocol that will provide exact data on where you are weak, strong, and where you need to work to stay injury free. He is excited to work with the program and be a part of our continued winning and success.
